The DSFH is awarded exclusively by the prestigious Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training school founded by the renowned David Newton. SFH is a specific type of hypnotherapy which focuses very specifically on the solution, not the problem, the future not the past and has its roots in a number of different styles of therapy, taking the best bits from them all. Like all types of hypnotherapy, we use trance as a means of helping one's mind to become open to new ideas and suggestions and make positive, long lasting changes.
